Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during night shifts at a 3 or 4-star hotel in Dubai.

Operations Management: You will manage the front office and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security to ensure uninterrupted service.

Guest Interaction: Handle late-night check-ins and check-outs while providing excellent customer service to guests.

Emergency Handling: Act as the in-charge for any emergency situations and report incidents to upper management.

Audit & Reports: Perform night audits, balance revenue transactions, and generate shift reports.

Team Support: Provide direction to the night shift team and ensure tasks are executed with professionalism.
