Role Overview: A leading organization in Riyadh, KSA, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Performance Engineer to ensure optimal performance across their network infrastructure. This role requires an immediate joiner with a transferable Iqama.

Network Performance Monitoring and Analysis: You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and in-depth analysis of network performance across LAN, WAN, and cloud environments, identifying key metrics and potential areas for improvement.

Bottleneck and Latency Resolution: A critical aspect of this role involves proactively identifying and resolving network bottlenecks, latency issues, and packet loss, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of data across the network.

Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions: You will conduct thorough root cause analysis for any network performance degradations or issues, developing and implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence and maintain network stability.

Collaboration and Solution Design: You will collaborate closely with network architects and engineers in the design and implementation of performance-driven network solutions, ensuring that performance considerations are integrated from the outset.

Network Monitoring Tool Implementation and Maintenance: You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining various network monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, and Wireshark, to gain comprehensive visibility into network performance.

Performance Baselines and Reporting: You will develop and enforce performance baselines and thresholds, establishing robust reporting mechanisms to track network performance against these benchmarks and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
