About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our enterprise data network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in telecommunications projects, with a proven track record of working with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista products.

Key Responsibilities: The Network Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures. This includes troubleshooting network issues, performing network upgrades, and ensuring network security. You will also be involved in the research and evaluation of new network technologies to improve efficiency and performance.

Technical Expertise and Project Implementation: This role requires a deep understanding of data network technologies and protocols. You will be working on medium to large telecommunications projects, requiring the ability to manage complex network configurations and implement solutions that meet project requirements. Ensuring minimal disruption to the customer base during implementation and maintenance activities is paramount.

Documentation and Communication: A critical aspect of this position is the ability to produce high-quality documentation and communications. You will be responsible for creating clear and concise network diagrams, technical reports, and operational procedures. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is essential for successful project delivery.

Production Support and Remedial Action: You will be responsible for providing technical support for production network issues, including troubleshooting and implementing remedial actions. This requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving network problems to minimize downtime and ensure network stability.

Service Improvement and Efficiency: Identifying areas for potential service improvement and efficiencies is a key responsibility. You will be expected to analyze network performance data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to optimize network performance and reduce costs.

Certifications and Additional Skills: Candidates should possess a standard Network Engineer profile with 4-8 years of experience in data networks. CCNA and CCNP certifications are highly desirable. Additional expertise in SD-WAN technologies would be a significant advantage.
