Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and oversee our vehicle sales operations across our showroom network. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with proven experience in the UAE automotive industry, capable of driving sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage the overall sales strategy for the vehicle showroom network while achieving targeted sales volumes and revenue objectives
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple locations while implementing effective training programs and performance monitoring systems
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, dealerships, and business partners while identifying new business opportunities and market expansion possibilities
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand enhancement initiatives
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to formulate effective sales strategies and tactical plans
Strategic Functions
Design and implement annual sales plans and budgets
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
Oversee customer relationship management
Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
10-15 years of experience in automotive sales (Retail or Fleet)
Minimum 5 years in a senior sales management role within UAE
Proven track record of successful sales team leadership
Native/fluent Arabic speaker required
Excellent English communication skills
