About Position:

Brilliant International Private School in Sharjah is dedicated to providing excellence in education while nurturing students' creative and artistic abilities. We seek a passionate and experienced Music Teacher to inspire our students and enhance our performing arts program.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging music curriculum for different grade levels

Plan and conduct music classes that incorporate singing, instruments, music theory, and music appreciation

Organize and direct school musical performances, concerts, and events

Prepare students for music examinations and competitions

Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment

Track and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback

Collaborate with other teachers for cross-curricular activities and school events

Maintain instruments and music equipment

Lead extra-curricular activities such as choir, band, or orchestra

Communicate effectively with parents about student progress

Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field

Valid teaching license/certification

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting

Proficiency in multiple musical instruments

Strong knowledge of music theory and various musical styles

Excellent classroom management skills

Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Music Education or related field

International school teaching experience

Experience with international curriculum (IB/IGCSE/American)

Additional musical certifications or specializations

Experience directing school musical productions

Arabic language skills

Brilliant International Private School was founded in 2011 with 60 students. Within 3 years the journey school showed a 101% growth and reached substantial figure as 807 students.
