Position Overview:

Fix and Screw Technical Services LLC, a leading property maintenance company, is seeking multiple skilled technicians to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for dedicated professionals with various technical skills to ensure the highest quality of maintenance and repair services for our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

We are hiring for the following positions:

Painters

Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.

Prepare surfaces for painting, including removing old paint and patching up holes.

Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.

Carpenters

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.

Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using tools such as a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.

Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim.

Masons

Lay building materials, such as brick, concrete blocks, and stones, to construct or repair walls and other structures.

Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto a slab or foundation.

Clean excess mortar with trowels and other hand tools.

HVAC Technicians

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.

MEP Technicians

Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of systems.

Troubleshoot and repair any issues in a timely manner.

Driver cum Technician

Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and tools to job sites.

Assist in technical tasks as needed, including maintenance and repair duties.

Ensure the vehicle is maintained in good working condition.

All Rounders

Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple disciplines.

Adapt to various job requirements and demonstrate versatility in technical skills.

Provide support to specialized technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma in a relevant field.

0-1 year of experience in the respective technical roles.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid UAE driving license (for Driver cum Technician role).

Willingness to work on a contractual basis with the possibility of permanent employment and visa sponsorship for the right candidates.
