Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Technicians to join our Facilities Management team. The role requires hands-on technical expertise across multiple disciplines and ability to maintain various facility systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks

Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly

Document maintenance activities and maintain service records

Follow safety protocols and maintenance procedures

Collaborate with other technical teams for complex repairs

Manage spare parts inventory for assigned areas

Required Qualifications

ITI certification or diploma in relevant trade

2-3 years experience in Facilities Management within GCC

Strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of building maintenance systems

Understanding of safety protocols and procedures

Basic computer literacy for maintenance management systems

Good communication skills in English

HVAC systems maintenance

Working Conditions

Full-time position

Shift work may be required

Physical demands include standing, climbing, lifting
