Job Description

Workshop Leadership and Management : The Automotive Workshop Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the multi-brand passenger car workshop, ensuring high standards of service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The manager will lead and supervise a diverse technical team.

Technical Expertise and Oversight : This role requires hands-on technical knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics, and servicing across multiple car brands. The manager will guide technicians, implement standard operating procedures, and ensure work quality meets industry standards.

Customer Service and Relationship Management : The Workshop Manager will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service feedback. Strong interpersonal skills are required to maintain excellent client relationships and enhance customer loyalty.

Team Development and Coordination : Responsibilities include mentoring, training, and evaluating the workshop team. The manager ensures proper workflow, task delegation, and effective communication across all departments within the workshop.

Inventory and Resource Management : The role involves managing spare parts inventory, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability, proper stock levels, and cost efficiency. Coordination with procurement and suppliers is essential for smooth operations.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting : The manager will track workshop KPIs, service turnaround times, and financial performance. Regular reports will be submitted to senior management, highlighting operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and improvement opportunities.
