Motorrad Manager

Job Description / Role:

Employment: Full Time

Showroom Management:

Work with potential customers to find the best vehicle deal, whether new or used.

Sales and Customer Service:

Require a strong understanding of sales and customer service, with a background in managing retail spaces.

Staff Management:

Hire, train, and organize staff, set sales goals or quotas, and oversee their performance.

Financial Management:

Assist in setting vehicle prices, arranging financing, warranties, and rebates.

Client Relationship Management:

Manage client relationships throughout all stages of the sales process.

Sales Development:

Develop and maintain prospect and customer lists based on strategic marketing data and other lead sources.

Compliance:

Ensure application of VAT and compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to the company.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on courses in marketing, business administration, communication, and sales.

Skills and Traits:

Professional, courteous, organized, and an expert in customer service.

Strong communication skills are essential.

Salary:

BHD 1,200 to 1,800 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
