Latinum HR Solutions, a Dubai-based HR consultancy founded in 2014, is recruiting a Mortgage Advisor on behalf of a leading real estate organization in Dubai. This is a role for a finance professional who understands that in real estate, a mortgage is not just a loan. It is the key that unlocks the door.

This is a role for someone with three to four years of experience in mortgage banking or mortgage advisory, with a strong knowledge of mortgage products and off-plan properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial situations, recommend suitable mortgage solutions, and guide them through the application and approval process. You will coordinate with banks, developers, and internal real estate teams to ensure that financing is secured efficiently and that client expectations are managed every step of the way. You will also stay up to date with market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes that affect mortgage lending in the UAE. If you are a strong communicator, highly professional, and able to build trust with clients, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in mortgage banking or advisory, with a solid understanding of the UAE property market and off-plan financing. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you are comfortable managing multiple clients and transactions at once. You are stable, professional, and bring a positive personality to your work. You are based in Dubai and available to work on-site.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, working five days a week. The salary is AED 12,000 per month plus incentives.
