Job Description
Job Overview: Star Services LLC is currently hiring an MIS Executive to support its call centre operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires a data-driven professional who can manage reporting, analyze operational metrics, and provide insights that drive performance improvements across the team.
Data Collection & Management: You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate records of call volumes, agent performance, customer satisfaction scores, and daily operational activities. Your data will be the backbone of strategic decisions.
Reporting & Dashboards: You’ll create daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as interactive dashboards for management and client visibility. Strong skills in Excel and business intelligence tools are crucial to presenting clear and actionable insights.
Performance Analysis: Using collected data, you’ll perform in-depth analysis of KPIs like AHT (Average Handling Time), FCR (First Call Resolution), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), SLA compliance, and agent productivity. Your findings will support quality improvements and process optimization.
Real-Time Monitoring: You’ll oversee real-time dashboards and queues, alerting team leaders and supervisors about call traffic spikes or system issues to ensure service levels are maintained throughout the day.
System & Tool Proficiency: Your role will include working across CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and internal databases. You must be comfortable navigating complex systems to extract and manipulate data effectively.
Problem Solving & Forecasting: You’ll identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, or bottlenecks, and work with operations and IT teams to resolve them. You’ll also support resource forecasting and capacity planning based on trends and historical data.
