Job Overview: Gulfa is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented Merchandisers to ensure our products are effectively displayed across retail stores, supermarkets, and hypermarkets in Dubai. You will be responsible for maintaining product visibility and boosting sales performance.

Key Responsibilities: As a Merchandiser, you will monitor stock levels, ensure shelves are replenished, check product freshness, and set up promotional displays to attract customers.

Market Presence: You will act as the brand’s representative on the retail floor, building strong relationships with store managers and ensuring maximum shelf space for Gulfa products.

Sales Growth: By ensuring attractive displays and availability, you will play a direct role in driving product sales and enhancing overall customer experience.

Reporting & Coordination: Merchandisers will report to the Sales Supervisor, provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, and assist in planning marketing promotions.

Mobility & Flexibility: This role involves traveling between multiple outlets daily, requiring strong organizational skills and adaptability to different retail environments.
