Job Overview: As a Merchandiser with Gulfa, you will be responsible for ensuring that our mineral water and beverage products are well represented in supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail outlets across the UAE. You will play a key role in brand visibility and sales optimization.

Key Responsibilities: You will monitor product displays, arrange shelves according to planograms, and ensure product availability in all assigned stores. You will also track stock levels, manage expiry dates, and work closely with sales teams to maintain consistent product supply.

Brand Visibility: Merchandisers are expected to enhance brand presence by setting up promotional stands, ensuring proper signage, and executing seasonal campaigns to attract more customers.

Retail Relations: Building relationships with store managers and floor staff is an essential part of this role. You will act as the point of contact for resolving on-ground issues like shelf space allocation and stock replenishment.

Market Monitoring: You will keep track of competitors’ products, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns and report insights to the sales management team for better decision-making.

Reporting & Coordination: Daily reporting of store visits, stock movements, and merchandising activities will be required. You will coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and replenishments.
