Job Overview: The MEP Technician will play a vital role in ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within assigned facilities operate effectively. You will be part of a skilled technical team tasked with delivering quality facility maintenance services to keep equipment and infrastructure running at optimal levels.

Mechanical Systems Maintenance: As part of your responsibilities, you will carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance for mechanical systems, including HVAC units, pumps, motors, and compressors. You will diagnose faults, repair components, and ensure compliance with performance standards.

Electrical Systems Support: The role requires you to inspect and maintain electrical installations, power distribution panels, lighting systems, and emergency backup systems. You will troubleshoot electrical issues quickly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum safety.

Plumbing & Water Systems: You will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply systems, drainage networks, and sanitary fixtures. This includes responding to plumbing emergencies, leak detection, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: MEP Technicians are expected to follow structured preventive maintenance schedules while also responding swiftly to corrective maintenance needs. This dual approach ensures uninterrupted operations across facilities.

Safety & Compliance: All tasks must be performed in accordance with Qatari safety codes, building regulations, and company policies. As part of your role, you will maintain safe working practices, report hazards, and contribute to a culture of safety across the organization.
