Position Overview

We are seeking experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Team Leaders to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee MEP operations and maintenance activities while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of MEP technicians in daily maintenance operations

Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Conduct technical inspections and troubleshoot complex MEP systems

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance procedures

Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

Coordinate with clients and other departments for smooth operation delivery

Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance

Optimize resource utilization and maintain inventory control

Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions

Respond to emergency situations and implement solutions

Ensure completion of work orders within specified timeframes

Required Qualifications

ITI certification or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing trade

2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management within GCC

Strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Proven leadership and team management experience

Knowledge of building maintenance systems and procedures

Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations

Good communication skills in English

Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MEP systems maintenance and troubleshooting

Understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

Knowledge of building automation systems

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Familiarity with CMMS software

Understanding of PPM schedules and implementation

Working Conditions

Full-time position

Shift work may be required

On-call duties for emergency responses

Work in various indoor and outdoor environments

Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting
