Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Ensure the smooth operation and functionality of MEP systems within shopping malls and retail environments.

Coordinate with the maintenance team to carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and materials.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to maintenance activities and systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP & HVAC maintenance in the UAE.

Preferably from an Electrical background with experience in the shopping malls or retail industry.

Diploma or ITI certification is mandatory.

Strong understanding of MEP systems and their maintenance requirements.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage resources effectively.

Strong communication skills in English.
