Position Overview

We are seeking experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Supervisors to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee MEP operations and maintenance activities across various facilities in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate MEP maintenance activities and teams

Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Troubleshoot complex MEP issues and implement effective solutions

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards

Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules and records

Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders regarding MEP services

Monitor and optimize equipment performance and energy efficiency

Supervise preventive maintenance programs

Manage inventory of spare parts and materials

Train and mentor technical staff

Prepare technical reports and documentation

Respond to emergency situations and implement corrective measures

Technical Requirements

Thorough knowledge of MEP systems and components

Expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing

Understanding of building management systems (BMS)

Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures

Knowledge of safety regulations and standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Required Qualifications

ITI certification or diploma in relevant trade (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing)

2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management within GCC

Strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Good communication skills in English

Valid GCC driving license preferred
