We are looking for a skilled MEP Foreman to manage and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in our construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all MEP works are executed to the highest standards and within the project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate MEP installation and maintenance activities on construction sites.

Ensure all MEP systems comply with project specifications, local codes, and safety regulations.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project schedules and report on progress, delays, and any necessary changes.

Inspect and test MEP systems to ensure proper functioning and safety.

Manage and train MEP personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP construction or related fields.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in MEP construction.
