Key Responsibilities:

As the MEP Coordinator – Mechanical, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical systems for construction projects. Your primary duties will include reviewing mechanical designs, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. You will monitor installation progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of mechanical systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with project managers to maintain project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in MEP coordination, specifically in villas and high-rise building projects, is required. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards is essential. Proficiency in MEP design software and project management tools is a must.
