In this role you will provide essential administrative and clinical support to healthcare teams, managing patient coordination, handling billing and invoicing, and ensuring the smooth running of day to day clinic operations from a remote environment. You will be a reliable and professional point of contact for patients and practitioners alike, helping to deliver a seamless and positive healthcare experience at every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in medical administration or clinical support, with strong proficiency in healthcare management systems such as Halaxy. You should be confident managing patient appointments, processing billing and claims, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting healthcare professionals with a range of administrative tasks. Familiarity with Australian healthcare systems and processes will be considered a strong advantage for this role.
