Role Overview

The Medical Representative will play a vital role in the promotion of iron supplements and other medical products across key healthcare facilities in the area. The position demands an individual who is both strategic and persuasive, with the ability to build rapport with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare decision-makers, particularly within the SEHA network.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include promoting iron supplements to healthcare professionals, educating them on the benefits, clinical efficacy, and safety profiles of our products. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies in the field, scheduling regular visits with physicians and pharmacists, and achieving territory sales goals while ensuring brand visibility and awareness.

Experience with SEHA Accounts

A critical aspect of this role is experience working with SEHA accounts. Your existing knowledge of SEHA systems, protocols, and purchasing procedures will be instrumental in gaining product approvals and increasing market penetration. Prior relationships within this network will offer a significant advantage in your day-to-day sales activities.

Relationship Building & Market Presence

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong network of healthcare professionals in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Building and nurturing trusted relationships will be essential in gaining access, influencing prescribing habits, and providing value-added support to the medical community. Your credibility and consistency will shape long-term partnerships.

Skills & Competencies

Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong field execution capabilities. The role requires organizational agility, resilience, and adaptability, along with a high level of self-motivation to manage fieldwork, territory planning, and report submission independently.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in medical sales, particularly those with experience in iron supplement promotion. A background in pharmacy or life sciences is highly desirable. You must be based in the UAE and be familiar with the healthcare environment, especially in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
