Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare facilities

Meet or exceed sales targets through effective territory management and customer engagement

Conduct professional sales presentations to healthcare professionals about company products

Organize and conduct medical workshops, seminars, and promotional events

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and healthcare professional feedback

Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and company policies

Stay updated on product knowledge and medical developments in relevant therapeutic areas

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field

2-3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare industry

Valid UAE driving license

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred

Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare systems in UAE

Skills & Competencies

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Proven track record in achieving sales targets

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
