Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Licensing Professional to manage the licensing process for healthcare professionals across UAE's regulatory authorities (DHA, MOH, and HAAD). The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing requirements and proven experience in successfully processing medical licenses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete licensing process for healthcare professionals with DHA (Dubai Health Authority), MOH (Ministry of Health), and HAAD (Health Authority Abu Dhabi) while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Review and verify medical credentials, qualifications, and supporting documents while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking systems

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth licensing processes while meeting established timelines

Provide guidance to healthcare professionals regarding licensing requirements, procedures, and documentation while keeping them updated on application status

Monitor and track license renewals, ensuring timely submission of renewal applications while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical licensing in the UAE

Proven track record of successful license applications with DHA, MOH, and HAAD

Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements

Excellent understanding of medical terminology and credentials

Essential Skills

In-depth knowledge of DataFlow process and requirements

Proficiency in credential verification procedures

Strong documentation and organizational abilities

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic

Advanced computer skills including licensing portals and MS Office

Technical Knowledge

DHA licensing requirements and procedures

MOH licensing guidelines and regulations

HAAD licensing processes and standards

UAE healthcare laws and regulations

Credential verification systems
