Job Overview:

The Medical Laboratory Technician will play a critical role in our diagnostic processes, performing complex laboratory tests with precision, maintaining equipment, and supporting our medical team's clinical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of routine and specialized laboratory tests

Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment

Prepare and handle various biological specimens

Calibrate and ensure proper functioning of laboratory instruments

Conduct quality control and quality assurance procedures

Accurately document and record test results

Communicate test findings to medical professionals

Maintain strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols

Manage laboratory inventory and supplies

Ensure a clean, organized, and sterile laboratory environment

Required Qualifications:

Valid Ministry of Health (MOH) License

Minimum of 2 years of verified laboratory experience in the UAE

Comprehensive understanding of medical laboratory procedures

Proven ability to perform diverse laboratory tests

Strong knowledge of laboratory safety guidelines

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure situations

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment

Knowledge of specimen collection and handling techniques

Understanding of laboratory information management systems

Familiarity with standard laboratory testing protocols

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology

Additional specialized certifications

Experience with advanced diagnostic technologies

Multilingual capabilities
