About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Medical Coder to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

As the Medical Coder, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing medical records to assign appropriate codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services. Your primary duties will include ensuring compliance with coding standards and regulations, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare providers to resolve coding issues. Additionally, you will stay updated on coding guidelines and industry trends to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or a related field. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in medical coding is required. Certification such as CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or equivalent is preferred. Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical records. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely results.
