Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Inspector to join our client, a leading Dubai-based contracting company specializing in large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects. The Mechanical Inspector will be responsible for overseeing and inspecting mechanical work, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection Requests: Attend to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by contractors and take appropriate actions promptly.

Mechanical Oversight: Oversee and inspect all mechanical work, ensuring installation activities meet contractual and quality control standards.

Material Inspection: Receive and inspect Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) from contractors. Evaluate materials delivered to the site for quantity and technical compliance, and sign off requests.

Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records concerning the execution of works. Monitor and follow up as necessary.

Quality Control: Ensure adherence to project quality control procedures and monitor for improvements in construction supervision.

Requirements:

Nationality: Open to any nationals

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil inspection of high-rise residential tower projects.

Specialization: Extensive experience in Testing & Commissioning of HVAC systems for apartment building projects in Dubai.

Availability: Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
