About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in mechanical estimation, particularly within the construction industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed mechanical cost estimates for construction projects

Utilize Plan Swift software for accurate and efficient estimations

Analyze project blueprints and technical specifications

Conduct comprehensive quantity takeoffs

Develop precise cost projections for mechanical systems and equipment

Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams

Ensure accuracy and competitiveness of project bids

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing and construction technologies

Prepare and submit comprehensive estimation reports

Qualifications:

4-8 years of mechanical estimation experience in the UAE

Strong background in the Construction industry

Expert proficiency in Plan Swift software

Advanced understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes

Proven track record of accurate cost estimation

Technical Requirements:

Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical diploma

Advanced knowledge of construction cost estimation techniques

Proficient in digital estimation tools and software

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Excellent attention to detail
