Job Overview: MEMCO Design & Engineering is currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong focus on fit-out and renovation projects. This role requires someone who can integrate design expertise with practical site execution, ensuring that all mechanical systems are aligned with project requirements and client expectations. Candidates with proven industry experience in Dubai will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities: As a Mechanical Engineer in our fit-out division, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and modification of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. You will be expected to prepare detailed mechanical drawings, review consultant specifications, and ensure all works meet international standards and local authority requirements.

Technical Expertise: A strong background in design and execution is mandatory for this role. Additionally, proven TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) experience is required, as you will play a key role in ensuring that all HVAC and mechanical systems function effectively and efficiently. Candidates must also demonstrate expertise in energy-efficient solutions and sustainable building practices.

Project Coordination: The selected candidate will coordinate with architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all MEP works are executed seamlessly. You will oversee site inspections, prepare method statements, and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.

Client Interaction: You will serve as a key point of contact between the client and the project team. The role requires attending meetings, preparing progress reports, and addressing client queries with professionalism. Your ability to communicate technical details in a clear and structured way will be critical in maintaining client satisfaction.

Leadership & Supervision: As part of the project team, you will also be responsible for supervising junior engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. You must ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct quality checks, and provide technical guidance to ensure flawless execution of all mechanical activities on-site.
