Role Overview:

Emira Talent is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to support mechanical design, engineering operations, installation, and maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engineering solutions, reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with project teams, monitoring mechanical systems, and ensuring that engineering work meets quality, safety, and performance standards.

Mechanical Design and Engineering:

• Develop and review mechanical designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Perform engineering calculations and assist with selecting appropriate mechanical components.
• Evaluate mechanical systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure engineering designs comply with applicable technical standards and project requirements.

Project Execution and Coordination:

• Coordinate mechanical engineering activities with project managers, contractors, and other engineering teams.
• Monitor installation and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Review technical submissions, material specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Support project planning and ensure assigned engineering tasks are completed within deadlines.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Inspect mechanical equipment and systems to identify technical issues.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and recommend effective corrective solutions.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend measures to improve operational efficiency.

Quality, Safety, and Documentation:

• Ensure mechanical engineering activities follow established quality and safety procedures.
• Conduct technical inspections and verify completed work against specifications.
• Prepare engineering reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve engineering and operational challenges.

Requirements Essential Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
