About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our dedicated team at Brilliant International Private School in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mathematics education and committed to fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the school's curriculum standards

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students

Create and maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes active learning

Assess and evaluate student progress through various assessment methods

Maintain accurate records of student achievement and progress

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance

Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development and cross-curricular initiatives

Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events

Contribute to the school's extra-curricular activities program

Support students' academic and personal development

Use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field

Teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience

Excellent command of English language

Valid teaching license from home country

Strong knowledge of current teaching methodologies

Experience with international curriculum standards

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Mathematics or Education

Experience teaching in an international school setting

Knowledge of UAE education system

Additional certifications in mathematics education

Experience with educational technology and digital learning platforms

Sunday to Thursday (as per UAE school week)
