Michael Page, a prominent international firm with a strong presence in the Middle East for over 20 years, is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels, playing a key role in the firm's growth and success in the competitive professional services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
Provide strategic input on brand positioning, content strategy, and tone of voice.
Traditional Marketing:
Manage the budget and oversee execution of traditional marketing efforts including corporate events, PR, traditional media, and partnerships.
Plan and execute marketing events such as industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
Manage and enhance the firm’s social media presence and website content.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze and report on the ROI and impact of both traditional and digital marketing initiatives.
Develop a CRM strategy, conduct market research, and identify key customer segments.
Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of engaging content such as blog posts, articles, and case studies to position the firm as a thought leader in the industry.
Collaboration with Senior Leadership:
Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute local marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:
Experience:
4+ years of experience in a similar marketing role.
Proven track record in managing a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels in a B2B industry.
Experience in the professional services or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
Skills:
Strong ability to optimize ROI across various marketing initiatives.
Ability to multitask and manage marketing projects from conception to execution.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
