Hotel  Marketing Experience:

Proven track record in sales and marketing within the hotel industry.

In-depth understanding of hotel operations, sales channels, and marketing strategies.

Experience building and managing relationships with hotel partners and other stakeholders.

Strategic Thinker:

Ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.

B2B Sales Expertise:

Experience in building and managing B2B sales routes.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with corporate clients and partners.

Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Leadership and Team Management:

Proven experience in leading and managing a sales and marketing team.

Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members.

Strong project management skills to ensure successful campaign execution.

Market Knowledge:

Familiarity with the Dubai market and tourism sector.

Understanding of the local and international tourism landscape and trends.

Ability to leverage market insights to drive business growth.

Communication and Relationship-Building:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
