Role Overview Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is hiring a Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished marketing professionals with strong luxury hospitality expertise, sophisticated brand knowledge, and the ability to develop marketing strategies effectively, build luxury brand presence, drive premium positioning, support revenue growth, and contribute to organizational success within a world-renowned luxury hotel organization.

Marketing Strategy Development – You will develop comprehensive marketing strategies by analyzing luxury market opportunities, identifying target segments, and creating integrated marketing plans. You will align marketing with luxury hotel objectives and support revenue growth. You should develop marketing strategy supporting luxury positioning and business objectives.

Brand Development and Management – You will develop and manage luxury brand by establishing brand positioning, communicating sophisticated brand values, and building premium brand recognition. You will strengthen luxury brand presence and differentiation. You should manage luxury brand effectively and maintain brand equity.

Luxury Positioning Strategy – You will develop luxury positioning strategies by understanding high-net-worth clientele, positioning offerings appropriately, and communicating luxury value proposition. You will support premium positioning and target affluent markets. You should understand luxury market positioning.

Digital Marketing Strategy – You will develop digital strategy by leveraging digital channels appropriately for luxury market, managing online presence, and optimizing digital engagement. You will build digital visibility within luxury segment. You should understand luxury digital marketing.

Website Management and Optimization – You will manage luxury website by overseeing content, optimizing user experience, and supporting online positioning. You will ensure website reflects luxury brand standards. You should manage luxury hospitality websites.
