Role Overview – The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing campaigns and event management specifically within the real estate sector. This includes planning, executing, and analyzing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract clients.

Event Planning & Execution – You will manage real estate events from concept to completion, coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful execution and high engagement.

Campaign Management – Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print, tailored to real estate events and promotions.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, property developers, and clients to align marketing strategies with business objectives, ensuring maximum impact and client satisfaction.

Performance Analysis – Track and analyze event and campaign performance metrics to improve future marketing strategies and ensure ROI is maximized.

Team Leadership – Lead a small marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
