Job Overview:

RTC-1 Employment Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns aimed at promoting products and strengthening the brand presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the fragrance or luxury goods industry within the UAE. The Marketing Manager will coordinate various marketing activities, manage budgets, and analyze performance metrics to ensure effective marketing efforts.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns that align with the company’s objectives and brand image.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and content that resonate with the target audience.

Digital Marketing Management:

Coordinate and manage digital marketing activities, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.

Ensure that all digital marketing efforts are optimized for maximum reach and engagement.

Event Coordination:

Support the organization and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events that showcase the company’s products and services.

Work closely with event organizers to ensure that all logistics are handled efficiently and that the company’s presence at these events is impactful.

Budgeting & Cost Management:

Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and within the allocated budget.

Provide regular reports on marketing expenditures and adjust plans as needed to maintain financial efficiency.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future marketing strategies.

Brand Management:

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

Protect and enhance the company’s brand image through strategic marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role, with a proven track record in the fragrance or luxury goods industry within the UAE.

Experience in managing marketing campaigns, digital marketing tools, and platforms such as social media, SEO, and analytics.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, and analytics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Additional Requirements:

Open to Arabic nationalities.

35 years old and below.
