Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

Implement marketing plans to boost revenue growth and brand recognition.

Market Research:

Conduct thorough market research to identify optimal product positioning and campaign optimization strategies.

Social Media Management:

Oversee social media platforms to increase engagement and reach, ensuring consistent and engaging content.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with various departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

Analytics:

Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Campaign Management:

Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including partner onboarding, campaign execution, and conflict resolution.

Content Development:

Develop and implement content strategies for various social media platforms to ensure consistent and compelling messaging.

Reporting:

Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and insights.

Data Analysis:

Continuously analyze data to optimize marketing performance across all platforms and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

Experience:

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within a business consulting or services environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

Strong market research and analytical skills.

Expertise in social media management and content development.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and improve campaign performance.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong reporting and data analysis skills to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
