Role

As a Performance Marketing Executive at Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for the online business. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute data-driven campaigns across various digital channels, with a primary focus on maximizing ROI and achieving key business objectives.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns planned by the E-Commerce Manager across channels such as Google Ads.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve targets.

Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation:

Identify and target relevant audience segments based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data.

Budget Management:

Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.

Monitor spending against targets and adjust budgets as needed to optimize performance as per the brief from the E-commerce Manager.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Analytics) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and produce regular reports.

Present findings and recommendations, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, creative design) to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.

Communicate campaign objectives, strategies, and results effectively to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency environment.

In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Ads, SEO, etc.) and best practices.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Certification in Google Ads, Facebook, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
