Role Overview – Al Najma Al Fareeda International Facilities Management Services is expanding its team and inviting a qualified Marketing Executive to join their growing organization on a full-time basis. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience and is ideal for seasoned marketing professionals who have extensive experience in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, brand management, and driving business growth in the facilities management or related industries.
Strategic Marketing Planning & Execution – You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Al Najma Al Fareeda's facilities management services and strengthen the company's market position. Your responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analysis, identifying target markets and client segments, creating annual marketing plans and budgets, launching marketing campaigns across multiple channels, and measuring campaign effectiveness to ensure marketing objectives align with overall business goals and deliver measurable results.
Brand Management & Digital Presence – You will manage and enhance the company's brand identity across all marketing touchpoints and digital platforms. Your responsibilities include overseeing social media marketing, website content management, developing brand guidelines, creating engaging content for digital and traditional media, managing online reputation, coordinating with graphic designers and content creators, and ensuring consistent brand messaging that effectively communicates the company's values and service excellence to target audiences.
Business Development Support & Client Engagement – You will collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to generate leads, support client acquisition efforts, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Your responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, proposals, and presentations, organizing promotional events and exhibitions, coordinating client engagement activities, developing case studies and success stories, and implementing strategies that contribute directly to revenue generation and business expansion.
Experience Required – A minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience is mandatory, preferably within the facilities management, real estate, construction, or B2B services industries. You must demonstrate a proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing budgets, leading marketing campaigns, and achieving measurable business outcomes. Experience in the UAE market and understanding of regional business culture is highly valuable.
Marketing Expertise & Technical Skills – Extensive knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and content marketing is essential. You should be proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights), and design software basics. Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation techniques, market segmentation, and customer journey mapping is required to effectively position the company's services.
Leadership & Communication Abilities – Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal; Arabic is a plus) are crucial for creating compelling marketing content and managing stakeholder relationships. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills for data-driven decision making, excellent presentation abilities, and proven project management skills are essential. You should be results-oriented, adaptable to market changes, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
