Gloria Hotels, an internationally renowned hospitality brand, seeks an accomplished Marketing Executive to elevate our flagship Dubai property. This strategic role demands creative vision paired with analytical rigor to enhance our market position in Dubai’s competitive luxury segment.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

You will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that reinforce our property’s premium positioning. Your strategies will differentiate our offerings across key source markets while maintaining brand consistency with international standards.

Digital Marketing Leadership

The role requires mastery of omnichannel campaigns – from SEO-optimized content to targeted social media advertising. Your data-driven approach will increase direct bookings while reducing OTA dependence through conversion rate optimization.

Content Creation & Storytelling

You’ll produce compelling marketing collateral showcasing our luxury amenities, F&B concepts, and unique guest experiences. Your ability to craft narratives that resonate with high-net-worth travelers will be critical to campaign success.

Market Intelligence & Analysis

Your ongoing competitor benchmarking and trend analysis will inform pricing strategies and promotional calendars. You’ll leverage tools like STR and TravelClick to identify revenue opportunities and market gaps.

Collaborative Campaign Execution

Working closely with revenue management, F&B, and sales teams, you’ll ensure integrated campaign rollouts. Your cross-departmental coordination will maximize impact for seasonal promotions and signature events.

Candidate Profile

We require professionals with:

  • 4+ years luxury hotel marketing experience
  • Proven success in international chain environments
  • Expertise in hospitality CRMs and CMS platforms
  • UAE residency and 5-star market knowledge
