Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

Develop and execute marketing campaigns

Track campaign performance and ROI

Manage campaign budgets

Create and maintain campaign calendars

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

Digital Marketing

Manage social media presence

Create engaging digital content

Oversee website content updates

Implement SEO strategies

Monitor digital marketing metrics

Content Creation

Lead content strategy development

Create compelling content for:

Digital platforms

Print media

Social media channels

Marketing materials

Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Brand Management

Drive brand awareness initiatives

Maintain brand guidelines

Monitor brand perception

Identify brand growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience

Beauty industry experience preferred

Proven track record in campaign management

Experience with digital marketing platforms
