Role Overview:

CareLine is looking for a Marketing Executive to join its dynamic team in the cosmetics industry. This role focuses on developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong creativity, marketing expertise, and a passion for beauty products, ensuring campaigns resonate with the target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social media, and traditional platforms to promote cosmetics products.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors, providing insights for marketing strategies.

Collaborate with product development for impactful product launches and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to build a loyal customer base.

Analyze marketing performance metrics, offering data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for advertising, PR, and promotional events to maximize brand reach.

Assist in creating promotional materials like brochures, newsletters, and digital content to convey brand messaging.

Provide marketing support to the sales team, enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques.

Monitor industry trends and competitors, presenting insights to management for strategic planning.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products and network with industry professionals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.

Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

Strong communication skills with the ability to craft engaging messages for diverse audiences.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for beauty products.

Proficiency in design software like Illustrator and Photoshop.

Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Willingness to travel occasionally for events and trade shows.
