As the Marketing Director at RTC-1 Employment Services in Kuwait, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing programs that effectively promote the company and its brands across the GCC. Your role includes overseeing marketing plans, assessing program effectiveness, enhancing the company’s reputation among key audiences, and building strategic partnerships with external stakeholders such as media representatives and potential clients. Additionally, you will drive media coverage for restaurant openings and product launches and maintain strong public relations with government agencies, private organizations, and PR agencies.

Salary: Up to 3K KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Kuwait

About the Client:

A well-known restaurant group with unique concepts across the Middle East.

Qualifications:

Age: 40 years old and below

Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree or MBA in marketing and communications or relevant field

Experience: Minimum 7 years in marketing, with 3-4 years in the F&B industry (restaurant sector) as a director

Preferred Experience: Previous experience in the GCC region
