Duties & Responsibilities

Hire Rightt is seeking an experienced Marketing Director specializing in the Exhibitions and Events industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement in the exhibitions and events sector.

Leading and managing marketing teams to execute campaigns across various channels.

Analyzing market trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.

Managing budgets, overseeing marketing operations, and ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Coordinating with sales and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.

Reporting on marketing performance and providing insights to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 13-15 years in marketing, with a significant portion in the exhibitions and events industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in international markets and remote team management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in a related field.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
