Duties & Responsibilities:

B2C Solutions is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, event planning and coordination, as well as coordinating digital and traditional marketing efforts. Certification or training in digital marketing and social media marketing is required, along with knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company services and initiatives.

Plan and coordinate events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.

Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.

Coordinate traditional marketing activities, such as print advertising, direct mail, and promotional materials.

Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools and make recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and content creation, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience of at least 3 years in marketing coordination roles.

Certification or training in digital marketing and social media marketing.

Fluency in Arabic and English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
