Job Description:

Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing automation strategies to optimize our marketing efforts. This role requires a tech-savvy professional who is proficient in using automation tools and has strong expertise in creating and executing automated campaigns to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and web.

Plan and execute automated marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and enhance customer engagement.

Work closely with the CRM team to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM platforms.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing automation analytics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign success.

Implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content and offers based on customer behavior and preferences.

Design and implement lead nurturing strategies to drive conversions and sales through targeted automation workflows.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all platforms.

Key Requirements:

Must be fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken).

Proven experience in marketing automation, with a strong understanding of automation tools and platforms.

Proficient in marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM systems.

Strong ability to analyze marketing data and create reports on campaign performance.

Able to create engaging automated marketing campaigns with a focus on conversion and customer engagement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within the team and with external stakeholders.
