Atatreh Group is seeking a skilled Marketing and Sales Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives, expanding market presence, and promoting products both locally and internationally. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, market analysis, and team leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Forecasting, Planning, and Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.

Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

Market Expansion:

Identify and penetrate new markets to expand the company's footprint.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Generate leads through various marketing channels and convert them into business opportunities.

Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent growth.

Sales Goals and Reporting:

Set and track sales goals, and provide regular reports on progress and achievements.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Promotion and Branding:

Promote the organization and its products locally, regionally, and internationally.

Develop marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market share.

Team Leadership:

Build and lead a high-performing sales team.

Provide training, support, and motivation to team members to achieve their goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, specifically in sales and marketing roles.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficient in sales forecasting, planning, and execution.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to generate marketing leads and convert them into business.

Experience in opening new markets and expanding existing ones.
