Royal Gulf is looking for an ambitious and experienced Market Manager to lead and grow the European market from our base in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UAEs leading destination management companies and play a key role in shaping exceptional travel experiences for clients across Europe.

As Market Manager for Europe, you will be responsible for driving market growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the companys presence within the European travel segment. You will work closely with travel agents, tour operators, and key stakeholders across Europe to strengthen relationships and deliver outstanding inbound travel experiences in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in destination management or inbound tourism, with hands-on experience managing European markets. You should have a proven track record of building and maintaining trade partnerships, a deep understanding of European travel trends, and the commercial acumen to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. A passion for travel and a genuine commitment to delivering world-class service will set you apart as a candidate.

This is a role for a driven and strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a tangible impact on business growth. Experience within the UAE or broader Gulf tourism sector will be considered a significant advantage.
