Job Description

Talent Socio is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager of USA Recruitment to lead and drive our hiring efforts across the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned recruitment leader with a strong understanding of the US job market who is ready to take ownership of a high impact recruitment function and deliver outstanding results in a fast paced and growth oriented environment.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans aligned with business goals, building and managing a strong talent pipeline across the US market with a focus on Non IT roles, and leading end to end recruitment processes that deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will strengthen employer branding, represent the organization at industry events, track recruitment metrics, and drive data driven hiring decisions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and guiding hiring managers on best practices will also be central to your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment with a strong preference for US hiring experience. A thorough knowledge of the US job market and employment laws, proven leadership and team management skills, and experience with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing strategies are essential requirements for this role. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills will set you apart as a candidate.
