About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Due Diligence Manager for our client, a leading bank in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in banking compliance, risk management, and regulatory governance.

Required Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Banking with focus on Business Risk and Governance

Proven track record in KYC, AML, or related compliance roles

Demonstrated experience with FATCA and CRS regulations

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and implement KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures and policies

Manage transaction monitoring processes and systems

Ensure compliance with FATCA and CRS regulations

Conduct risk assessments and due diligence reviews

Develop and maintain governance frameworks

Lead investigations into suspicious activities

Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters

Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement necessary updates

Train and guide team members on compliance procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of retail banking operations and regulations

In-depth technical knowledge of KYC and transaction monitoring systems

Expertise in FATCA and CRS regulations and requirements

Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent project management skills

Strong communication and presentation abilities

Leadership and team management capabilities

Technical Competencies

Proficiency in compliance management systems

Experience with transaction monitoring tools

Knowledge of regulatory reporting systems

Strong documentation and report writing skills

Ability to analyze complex financial data
