Role Overview – Shriji Trading FZCO is hiring a Management Accountant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished accounting professionals with strong management accounting expertise, trading and business operations knowledge, and the ability to manage financial operations strategically, provide financial analysis, support decision-making, optimize costs, ensure compliance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic trading organization.

Management Accounting Operations – You will manage accounting operations by overseeing processes, maintaining standards, implementing best practices, and driving efficiency. You will oversee comprehensive financial operations supporting organizational objectives. You should manage accounting operations strategically.

Financial Management and Strategy – You will support financial strategy by analyzing operations, providing insights, recommending approaches, and supporting planning. You will contribute to financial decision-making and strategy. You should think strategically about finances.

Cost Management and Control – You will manage costs by analyzing spending, identifying savings, implementing efficiency, and optimizing operations. You will control operational expenses and improve profitability. You should focus on cost management strategically.

Cost Accounting and Analysis – You will analyze costs by tracking expenses, identifying drivers, analyzing trends, and providing insights. You will support cost control and optimization. You should conduct comprehensive cost analysis.

Trading Operations Cost Tracking – You will track trading costs by monitoring expenses, organizing data, analyzing allocation, and maintaining documentation. You will account for trading operation costs. You should understand trading cost accounting.

Product Cost Analysis – You will analyze product costs by tracking expenses, calculating margins, analyzing profitability, and identifying optimization opportunities. You will support product pricing and profitability. You should analyze product costs thoroughly.
